Chocolate-banana crepes

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. When hot, brush with butter.
For each crepe, ladle 6 oz of crepe batter into the center of the pan. Rotating the pan, try to spread the batter evenly to cover the entire bottom. When the edge comes away easily and begins to brown, it’s time to flip the crepe with a spatula. Continue cooking for a few seconds, then remove from the pan.
Place the cooked crepe on a plate. Garnish with banana slices and add a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
Add a little maple syrup to taste!
